The Rise Family Practice is a GP surgery located in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. Our surgery is wheelchair accessible and on street parking is available directly outside the surgery.
Established in June 2014 by Dr. Deirdre McGonagle, The Rise Family Practice provides comprehensive, high quality, primary medical care to public and private patients . We are committed to supporting the whole family at all stages of life.

We are currently taking on a limited number of new patients.
Due to ever increasing demand, our medical card and private patient lists are reviewed regularly to see if there is space on our list.
